Everything I’ve learned about transformation comes back to people.

I’m a supply chain leader, advisor and mentor with more than 25 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and food. I’ve led operations, strategy and large-scale transformations.

One of the most meaningful moments in my career came in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. In a time of chaos and personal challenge, I was reminded that people are our greatest asset. When leaders focus on what truly matters, create trust and care for one another, teams rise.

Earlier in my career, I focused on systems and processes. Today I help leaders and teams slow down, make sense of complexity and move forward with clarity. I love figuring out the puzzle together and making change practical and real.

People often tell me they appreciate my genuine interest, presence and calm. My international background has taught me that much can be lost in translation, so I create space for thoughtful conversations.
