I’m a Heliblick Partner because I believe better decisions make organizations stronger and more adaptable. As a mentor, I share what I’ve learned and keep learning from a community of professionals who care about the same thing.

Together we run the leadership program Leadership in Uncertainty and support leaders who want to find their way through complexity, with fresh perspectives and practical strategies they can use right away.
